Blah, blah, YO blah GA! And so She Begins…

Beginnings are exciting despite the many inherent unknowns. This step into the abyss, the world wide web, is the result of my increasing awareness that I need more s p a c e . Space to think. Space to create. Space to expand, explore, share, inspire, encourage, and space to simply dump my thoughts.

And so she begins with this step into that space.

I like to write. I’m a communicator and word-nerd who has an internal live stream of subconsciousness continually scrolling at the edge of my awareness. When I write, it becomes known. I also like all things fitness and wellness related. I’m a yogi who understands movement as the language in her body. Blah, blah - YO blah GA - that’s it! My blog page name and space for my mental gymnastics has virtually stuck its landing here and now!

While this is my introductory blog post, it’s my intention for “YO blah GA” to evolve into a blog about yoga and life experiences. My blogs are part of this website that will mention some of my favorite things in wellness, fashion and beauty - sharing my personal health tips and hacks for those, like me, who don’t have time or resources to waste. I am passionate about the gift of my life, my health, my heritage; and hope to provide inspiration and motivation for individuals of all ages to feel the same about their unique and divine creation. I’m blah- blah-blogging about discoveries and mindsets that promote yoga, fitness and living my best life as a relatable mom, memorable grandma, and community servant.

I have a BA in English/Communications. I always said one day I’d write a book. I just needed to have enough life experiences to provide the context. “YO blah GA” perhaps, is one step closer to that publication. Sharing thoughts, experiences and resources can provide solutions we’re all looking for in that pursuit of something more. The more thoughtfulness we give, the more thoughtful we become.

I hope “YO blah GA” and this website dedicated to a “Piece of her Mind - Body and Spirit Too” will inspire you try yoga, stay committed to your practice, make you think, laugh, cry, scream, cheer, give back, have faith, discover more, and strive to live a better, more spirit-filled life.

Thank you for joining me here in this space. Let’s always be starting something.
