The Language of Your Heart

If your heart had a language, what would it say?

I think of my heart as my vital constant companion for life. No matter my feelings or the circumstances I'm facing at any given moment, my heart supports me and beats a continuous rhythmic message - sometimes quietly and calmly, other times boldly and fiercely. Yet at all times, my heartbeat is a resounding affirmation of my purposeful existence:

"Well done, you're good, I got you. Well done, you're good, I got you. Well done, you're good, I got you."

Get to know the language of your heart. It's primary function is to support your life. Your heart is pulsating it’s declarations and affirmations within you now, and it’s message can endure beyond the very last beat: “Well done, you’re good, I got you…”

“Well done, you’re good, I got you…” This is the day! Step out. Step in. Step up and let the life-promoting language of your heart vitally support you as you discover all that’s in store for you today.

Smile. Put your hand over your heart. Breathe. Get in touch with your heart’s rhythm, your heart’s beat, and transcribe your own pledge of allegiance. ~ Well done. You’re good. I got you - Karen
