Yoga Body 4-Week Intensive Training Workshop
Yoga can be an amazing way to tone and shape your body when you understand and apply a few important principles of engagement during your practice. Karen specializes in fitness-oriented vinyasa flow classes and is regionally famous for her Hard Body Kore fitness flows. This intensive training is for anyone wanting more noticeable physical results from their yoga practice. You will learn the principles of sound movement and body mechanics, press points, resistance, and the muscle-to-bone hugging qualities of concentric, eccentric and isometric engagements. You’ll develop a stronger personal practice with the knowledge and expertise Karen provides so that your investment deepens your understanding of how and why yoga works best for toning your body. Each session is limited to 4 participants via Zoom, or in person - must be located in suburban Chicago.
