What Fits Your Busy Schedule Better…?

Moving and breathing are life indicators. Why and how we move, breathe and fuel our bodies are the quality indicators. This comic question is a favorite reminder of the power of our own choices to promote wellbeing or suffering:

I love learning more about the amazing human body and the ways our minds and spirits can assist in our healing processes to influence our wellbeing. By divine design, we are equipped to positively impact the 500+ metabolic functions taking place within our over 37 trillion cells at every moment of our lives. Simply by maintaining a positive inner dialogue with your Self, and mindfully breathing, we can script our Selves the message of healing and therefore, promote it throughout our bodies.

Knowledge is empowerment. When we’re aware of why we’re doing what we’re doing, and become informed about the benefits or adverse effects of our electives, we’re more intentional, and can make better choices.

There’s a general understanding that exercise and eating “right” are good for us. Don’t settle there. Become an educated, enlightened, and experienced owner of your entire being. You are the only operator of your equipment. Discover ways to harness the power of your mind and spirit to revitalize your body. And, become empowered by your ability to navigate your wellbeing from your daily choices. The choices we make greatly influence how we feel, think, and whether or not we live our best lives in our skin and bones.

What fits your busy schedule better? It takes less time to promote your wellbeing than it does your suffering. Thank you Randy Glasbergen for your animated reminder!
